Return Policy for Items Purchased Online
When
you purchase something on Rocksnpots.com, we want you to be completely
satisfied. If you find that you must return an item, we want to make it easy.
Return
Policy Basics
a) Merchandise must be returned within 15 days
of shipment, unaltered
b) Include a copy of the original reciept with your return shipment.
c) If possible, use the original packaging or a
strong corrugated carton.
d) Pack and tape your package securely.
e) The return will be insured for the purchase
amount and must have a tracking number
f) Custom made products: No returns
g) Altered materials cannot be
returned.
Because
we charge a flat rate shipping, we reserve the right
to refund purchases less the actual shipping costs incurred.
A
possible 30% restocking fee applies to all returns received after the 15 day
period
Any
purchase made by credit card will be refunded to the original credit card
Any
purchase made by cash or with a debit card will be refunded in check
Any
purchase made by a check that has cleared the 10-business day waiting period
will be refunded in check
Any
purchase made by a check that has not cleared the 10-business day waiting
period may be refunded as a Store Credit
Any
purchase made by Store Credit, will be refunded as Store Credit
Returns
without a sales receipt will be processed and refunded within 14 days upon
receiving goods returned.
Note:
Rocksnpots.com reserves the right to request valid identification prior to
accepting merchandise for a return. Rocksnpots.com reserves the right to limit or refuse
to accept the return of certain merchandise at any time and for any reason. Rocksnpots.com
will only accept the return of merchandise purchased from this site.
